Missing Alzheimer's Patient: Lexington

State Police and Lexington Police are searching for a missing alzheimer's patient from the Cooke Road area.  She is described as 86-year-old white female, 5'5" approximately 130 pounds, last seen wearing a Embassy t-shirt, gray shorts.

Any information or sightings, please call the Lexington Police at 781-862-1212.

UPDATE 4:00 p.m.
Woman was located safe and sound.
